Old Parliament House Floor Plan Magnet

Magnet featuring the original floor plan for Old Parliament House.

This design went before the public works committee to be finalised in 1923, with construction starting in 1924. While parliament itself did not open until 1927, the first cabinet meeting in Canberra happened in 1924 at the Lodge – the Prime Miniter's residence – and was chaired by Country Party leader Earl Page.
