Returns and refunds

The Shop at Old Parliament House will provide a refund or replacement if an item is damaged or faulty. We will provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind in some circumstances.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item. You will be provided a full refund or replacement item at no cost to you.  

Change of mind  

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit if an item is returned within 30 days of delivery and is in its original saleable condition and packaging.  

The following items are not eligible for a change of mind exchange or credit:  
•    Sale or discounted items  
•    Food, beverages and perishable items   
•    Items that have been used or opened   
•    Earrings  

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
